The 501(c)(3) Express Package* is our most popular service. It streamlines the tax-exempt recognition process so that the application is submitted within 72 hours of receipt of all required information. We prepare and submit all required forms and supporting documents for a successful Form 1023 application. Our 501(c)(3) Express Package has resulted in 100% approval of all applications submitted for our clients. The 501(c)(3) Express Package includes the following application submissions and business services:

  • State Charter or Articles of Incorporation
  • Form 1023 application and supporting documents submission

Start-Up Businesses

These particular business forms were grossly underserved and had nowhere to turn for specialized expertise in business formation and structure, compliance and business processing needs. So, providing business solutions for non-profits, start-ups, and small businesses became her inspiration and ignited passion.

Just over 27 years ago, Daphne Rankin was approached by two different people who attended the same church as she did, who were business owners, and who happened to be familiar with her business acumen and legal background.

They had been unable to find assistance to help resolve challenges they faced in their businesses. You see, Daphne is that person who seamlessly uses a unique combination of cross-disciplinary business and legal education, experience, and skills to lead non-profits, start-ups, and small businesses through the business formation and structure, compliance, and business processes challenges that they often face.

Having graduated with honors from Howard University and having studied law at Emory University and the University of Memphis, this is a primary part of her signature offering. This allows her to first view business with a wide lens and then be able to narrow, identify, and understand complex issues, take action, and get results.

Daphne’s success is developing strategies and solutions to help her friends resolve and overcome their business’ challenges led her to the discovery of a new passion. And from that experience, THE AGAPE GROUP was formed.

Throughout Daphne’s career, she has managed and consulted with businesses throughout the United States, in Nigeria, and in Sri Lanka and which span a variety of industries including law, home health services, education, religion/faith-based organizations, social services, youth services, and real estate.
